And It's All About...

These are my stories. From zero to, prayerfully, the more-than-conquerer I am born to be.

100% Unconditional Love

I was on bus 72 on my way to work this morning. I did not see this simple yet powerful revelation coming. I was merely reflecting randomly, without an agenda, just as usual.

In midst of my reflection, I recall, I started in a spirit of childish whining, asking in seek of comfort from Daddy God, if I had been doing a good job. I believe it was my imaginery second voice that spoke what was pleasing to my ears, a fatherly "yes, you have been, my dear...", followed by a firm invisible hug.

It was the very next moment though, that the Holy Spirit reminded me:

Nothing you can do could make Him love you more
Nothing that you've done could make Him close the door
(So You Would Come - Hillsongs)

I believe I understood (and understand even better now) the second line very well, that my faults (past, present and future, whatever they were/are), Daddy God remembers NO MORE. It was the first line I found trouble conquering with - nothing you can do could make Him love you more...

"But Daddy, does it mean..."

I reflected again. Did the Holy Spirit mean that my self-efforts are worthless? Yes, they're far-cries in comparison with what JESUS has done for me on the cross, and I should not adopt the self-righteous attitude; but...but...

I believe all I needed then, unspoken of and choked at the pathetically contracted opening of my throat, was His Words of affirmation. I was like a child, seeking for acceptance from my Daddy God for what I had done...for who?

For myself.

But how many agree?
That Daddy God is so good.
He has a gentle "heart" toward us.

The Holy Spirit gently and calmly, and in all manners of the Gentleman, anointed me with His priceless peace and comfort. He spoke unto me:

It is NOT that the Lord doesn't appreciate what you've been doing.
Daddy God is well pleased with your obedience and faithfulness.
But remember this my daughter,
Daddy God loves you
perfectly.
Perfection is
100%.
Hence nothing you can do, could make Him love you more...

Hallelujah!

Daddy God is well pleased with our obedience. He only see our goodness, He does not in a bit look at our iniquities, not at all mates! Oh how this truth has set me FREE!

Let all Glory & Praises be unto the Lord!
